Kendall L. Manock Will Be Honored as an Outstanding Alumnus
Kendall L. Manock, a 1951 graduate of Fresno State University, will be honored at the 2008 Alumni Award Gala on Friday, October 10, 2008. Mr. Manock will receive the Outstanding Alumnus Award. The award's purpose is to recognize Fresno State graduates for outstanding accomplishments in their fields and to present such alumni to current Fresno State students as examples of exceptional achievement.

Jim Ganulin -- Blaine Pettit Mentor of the Year
Jim Ganulin received the Blaine Pettit Mentor of the Year Award from the Fresno County Young Lawyers. The award was presented at the Fresno County Bar Association's Hopper Luncheon on Friday, September 12, 2008.

State Bar Standing Committee on Agribusiness
Joe Marchini will conclude his term as co-chair of the State Bar's Standing Committee on Agribusiness at the end of September. He will continue his participation on the committee for one more year.
